Smile Group Therapy Client to Provider Ratios

Are there any guidelines or recommendations around staff to client ratios for group therapy?

Are there guidelines around the maximum number of clients in a group?

Thanks!

I have a notation from a workshop I attended (coding/billing for mental health services) on 90853:

"when covered by Medicare the group size should be of a size that can be successfully led (max 12)
