Default Hospital-based physicain laboratory billing

We are a hospital-based specialty physician group, and need to know the correct way to bill labs. If we do the blood draw in the office, then send it off to our hospital laboratory for processing, who would be responsible for billing for the labs - the hospital or us? Any help is appreciated!!

The hospital is responsible for billing the lab tests since they are performing the tests.
