Need help with Colorraphy and Incisional Hernia

Can Someone help me with CPT codes 44604 Colorrhaphy and 49561 Incisional Hernia ? " I made a mid line incision. Dissection was carried down through a supraumbilical incisional hernia sac. When the sac was opened ,there was a free air. I reduced some omental contents. We were able to examine the anastomosis. We found a very small leak. I lemberted this area with 2-0 Vicryl. Can I bill the hernia with a 59 modifier ? ( pt in global ). Thanks for anyones help

Sounds like the same issue and unfortunately you can't bill the hernia repair. I would add a 22 modifier.
