Default Excision of nevus in trocar site

As my surgeon was placing trocars in for a lap chole, he noticed a discolored nevus in one of the proposed trocar sites. He excised the nevus and then placed the trocar in the same incision. Am I able to bill the lesion excision with the lap chole? He did send the nevus to pathology and it came back as a compound nevus. Thanks!
