Default ICD-10 CM: What is your view?

We're interested to know if we are the only ones that think ICD-10 CM is really going to be implemented this time. If YES, HAS YOUR FACILITY PERFORMED A GAP ANALYSIS OR TAKEN ANY OTHER PREPARATION ACTION???
