Red face lap band fill/aspirate
I have a provider who is providing counseling 20 minutes noted in progress notes prior to lap band fill. Does anyone get paid for these services when billed together.

If it justifies an office visit we bill an office visit with an adj. if its out of global period and have no problems getting paid on both
