Default Codes for a T-tube removal from ear canal

What procedure and diagnosis codes would you use for someone who had a T-tube just sitting in their ear canal which was removed with a cerumen spoon? Would you use the 69200 or just an E/M code? What about the diagnosis code? Thanks in advance for the feedback!
