Question

Help with NDC number for Q4124??

I've exhausted all my resources to try and find a wound care product NDC number. This is Q4124- Oasis ultra tri-layer wound matrix- per sq cm. Thanks for any help you can give me.

I found 2 of them in encoder pro but they do not describe the difference between the 2
