Default Removal of Temporary Pacing Wire

CABG was done on 12/13/2011 and the same surgeon then removed the Temporary Pacing Wire on 05/05/2012. Is this billable or included in the payment of the original procedure?

Thank you.

The CABG does have a 90-day global, but, by 05/05/12 you're out of that. Should be fine by now I would imagine.
