mini arthrotomy and removal of meniscal cyst HELP!!!

procedure description on op report: mini-arthrotomy and removal of meniscal cyst
op report: we then felt significant fullness in the area around the lateral portal. We then opened the lateral portal using a #15 blade. We were able to remove some cystic type material. That was removed without difficulties along with fat. It was not sent to pathololgy. The fascia was then closed using 0-Vicry.....

Trying to find what code is best for this procedure 27331 or 27332
? or is this otherwise just included in 29881 (lateral meniscectomy)

Please help just started orthopedic coding.
