Exclamation Pravastatin Code, Please!

I have a patient who had a Hepatitis Panel drawn. The patient was under the impression that it was done because of her long-term use of Pravastatin. The doctor must review the liver every so often because of the risk with this medication. This explains the Hepatic Function Panel, but I don't believe it would be for the Hepatitis Panel. In any case, can anyone help me with a Diagnosis Code for this??

Thanks in advance
