Default code for percutaneous drilling only

i have a doctor that took a patient to the or for right talar post ostechondritis dissecans lesion, all he did was percutaneous drill holes into talus , nothing removed ao inserted. this was done under fluoroscopic guidance. when origianl claim sent in one of our coders could not find a cpt so billed with 28899 and notes. now denied as needing a more specific cpt. can someonr help me find a code??????? thanks

you can possibly use 29891 or 29892 as a "reference to" code.
