Smile payable diagnosis?

Hi all,

I know that the diagnosis cough with breathing treatments is not payable diagnosis with insurance company's (ins comps letters beging w/ a, u, b...) anyways has any one had any issues with the diagnosis of bronchitis or bronchiolitis getting paid with breathing treatments?
