AAPC Focuses Continuing Education Efforts Toward Four Practice-Centric Topics
Focused on coding updates, best run practice, surgical and E & M coding; Workshops scheduled in 70+ cities across the country
SALT LAKE CITY – Dec. 3, 2007 – Continuing in its professional education efforts, the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC, www.aapc.com) announces today the titles of its 2008 workshop series, which include four timely and practice-critical topics. To make the workshops more accessible on a local level, they will be offered in more than 70 cities across the country in 2008.
The four titles for the 2008 workshop series are:
- Coding and Billing in Best Run Practices
Ensure complete and proper payment for every billable service rendered with specific techniques to improve communication, documentation, accurate code selection and payment cycle
Each workshop offers up to six continuing education units (CEUs). The workshop format includes three hours of classroom instruction, two online case studies and one post-workshop quiz. Each workshop is $149.99.
