Physician Office Coder

The below courses are designed to provide fundamental knowledge and skill outpatient physician-office setting. All together, these courses provide a comprehensive beginning education in physician office coding and billing.

Introductory/Foundation Courses:

Medical Terminology Course
Strongly recommended for anyone who is taking the CPC® or CPC-H® preparation courses or preparing for any AAPC certification examination.

Anatomy Course
Strongly recommended for anyone who is taking the CPC® or CPC-H® preparation courses or preparing for any AAPC certification examination.

Core Coding and Billing Courses:

CPC® Preparation Course
This course teaches fundamental coding skills to prepare the student to take the AAPC CPC® exam for a medical coding career in an outpatient physician office.

Medical Billing and Reimbursement Course
This course prepares students to work in a medical billing department at a physician’s office, clinic or similar facility, and will enhance a coder's expertise.
