Paige Pennington

Paige was a founding member of Compliagent in 2012. She applies broad experience developing, implementing and auditing compliance programs for healthcare providers. Paige is well-versed in all aspects of regulatory issues integral to risk management for healthcare providers, including HIPAA/HITECH, Medicare conditions of payment and participation, state licensing requirements, the Stark Law, and the Anti-Kickback Statute. In addition to developing and implementing compliance and risk management programs, Paige also conducts compliance effectiveness reviews for clients with mature compliance programs and has managed multiple engagements for clients subject to Corporate Integrity Agreements (CIA). Paige is a graduate of the University of Chicago and is certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) by the Compliance Certification Board (CCB).
