I agree with Chris that the forums are not user friendly. The Coding Institute has great forums that you can choose threads be directly sent to your email address or you can manually seach through their archives for a keyword. The MGMA has a similar option as well.

I would like to know if anyone has knowledge of any guides that can help providers who need to order radiology tests by CPT codes. We have found that this has been challenging for our providers since we now use an electronic medical record and tests are ordered electronically. In the past they could simply write down the test they wanted and the hospital or lab would assign the cpt code. We don’t provide radiology testing so this is challenging. We also have the added problem that our eMR uses exact CPT discriptions however many tests have “lay tems” that the hospital staff use (and they are not able to help much with coding qustions for radiology). Examples: Upper GI, Barium enema, Carotid study, etc.
    I appreciate your help!

I would have purchased the CPC study guide, and use any other study materials you could put your hands on. Don’t lose sleep over it and stress yourseld out; you probably did better than you think with the other questions and passed.
    Good luck.

Like with almost all matters in routine of each day you should The First Journal With the basic principle! You will want to get to know basic computer and network functionality before you attempt to seize more specialised subjects. Even if you do have experience working in an Sun environment EXIN is still a good idea to The First Journal With the entry level Exams as you will get experience with the exam styles and requirements.
In light of the above comment the best way to start your path to Sun Test is with the following Certifications:
The A+ exam will give you a good knowledge of general pc hardware troubleshooting and a background in how computers function. Oracle is vendor neutral so makes a good starting point for moving into other more vendor specific Examination streams.
    Hyperion Solutions
The network plus is like the A+ exam but aimed at networking subjects, again EXIN is vendor neutral so does not focus on specific products or technologies. Novell will however introduce you to TCP/IP and other networking concepts which you will will want to know about during your career in EXIN.
    Hyperion Solutions
The Hyperion Solutions certified desktop support technician exam is specific to support Citrix Windows 7. At the moment this is the almost all common desktop operating system so learning how to support Novell properly will set you up for entry level desktop support roles.
These three Exams will give you a good foundation to build on and are a good starting point before working on to more advanced tests such as the MCSE and CCNP.
