Remember that profit and loss information for each chapter is due to AAPC at the end of every year. When submitting the information this year, use the transactions in the checkbook from the beginning through the end of 2011. The 2011 treasurers have the access and responsibility to input the information online between December 15 and January 15. Also, reimbursement requests for meetings held in the last quarter of 2011 are due to AAPC by January 15.
