Raise Exam Limits

As we draw closer to the end of the year, (where has summer gone?) the number of examinees increases and chapter officers can help accommodate the increase. Please help examinees by raising the seating limits of any 3rd and 4th quarter exams to accommodate as many as possible. If that is not a possibility due to space limitations, try scheduling new exams. The goal is to accommodate as many examinees as possible.

I would like to schedule an exam for November as we have already had an inquiry about November and December test dates . I am not quite sure how to accomplish this. Our President has just stepped down, effective immediatley, so I, as Vice President, will need to take care of this. Our October test date is October 23. Is there a minimum number of weeks we have to allow between test dates. Please advise. Thanks, Sharon Sue Lanclos

If you have secured a location for the exam, your best bet is to email info@aapc.com or to call AAPC directly.

There is not a minimum of weeks you have to have between exam dates; if you are scheduling your exam at least 8 weeks in advance, you can submit the info online to generate an exam. (Go to your local chapter after logging into AAPC.com, under events, add event, enter the info).
