4th Quarter Reimbursements Paid
The reimbursements for meetings and exams sponsored during the 4th quarter of 2014 were deposited online in the chapter checking accounts on Monday, February 24th. Be sure to check your bank statement carefully to ensure the deposit was made. Meeting attendance sheets should be uploaded in a timely fashion (within ten days of each meeting) in order to receive the reimbursement each quarter.
2013 Profit and Loss Statements and the Recent Audit
Thanks go out to all officers who complied with the deadline of December 31, 2013, for the submission of profit and loss statements. The Chapter Association has recently been involved in an audit so we’ve communicated with all remaining chapters about submitting profit and loss information immediately. Most have complied and we appreciate their help. In addition to this, all chapters must submit a bank statement that shows the ending balance as of December 31, 2013. Please check with the treasurer to see if your chapter has submitted this, and if not, fax the statement immediately to 801-236-2258. These statements are needed for auditing purposes and will become part of the procedure going forward.
