ICD-10 Featured Resource – Quick Reference for Pain

The Pain Quick Reference Guide is a tool that can be used to show the necessary documentation points for pain in ICD-10-CM. It includes the coding guidelines related to pain and includes documentation points on chronic pain, neoplasm-related pain, postoperative pain, and chronic pain syndrome. It is in .pdf form that can be copied and shared with anyone.
