AAPC has created an ICD-10 implementation tracker to help keep you on the right path to ICD-10 this October. You can choose your size of practice and then be shown checklists for things to be completed before implementation. It is a tool that may be used by anyone. If you already use the tracker, make sure you are up-to-date and on the right course, as October 1st is less than 6 months away.
