Uploading Q2 Meeting Attendance Sheets
Hopefully you’ve uploaded your 2nd quarter sign-in sheets within ten days of your meeting, or at least by the deadline, July 15. Chapters with sign-in sheets not uploaded by the deadline risk losing their reimbursement.
Understanding payment dates and deadlines
AAPC pays its chapters for proctoring certification examinations and for holding chapter meetings. Payments are made quarterly and are deposited into the chapter checking accounts. Following are the deadlines and dates:

We apologize that payments for the last quarter of 2014 and the first quarter of 2015 were several weeks late. We are committed to making the payments in a timely fashion and have implemented a new process to ensure we are able to fulfill deposits according to schedule.
Uploading Profit and Loss Information for Q1 and Q2
Q1 and Q2 profit and loss statements uploaded by July 8th
Many thanks to all chapter treasurers and other officers who uploaded their profit and loss information by the July 8 deadline. Those chapters have earned $50 in AAPC bucks, which will be sent to chapter presidents. We encourage you to decide as chapter leadership the best way to use the money to benefit the members.
Q3 profit and loss information due October 8th
Information on all income and expenses incurred in the 3rd quarter of the year will be due Oct 8, however, you don’t have to wait until then to upload the information. We encourage you to upload information from July as soon as the month is over, and likewise with August and September.
It’s not too late to upload Q1 and Q2 information
If you haven’t yet done so, click here to upload your chapter’s profit and loss information through June. We’ve had very favorable feedback from chapters that have already uploaded their information. Most feel it is easier to keep track of income and expenses one month at a time. We anticipate that uploading on a monthly basis will save time at the end of the year.
