Get Your Mandatory OSHA Poster, Free
Every workplace must display the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) poster (OSHA Publication 3165), or the state plan equivalent. The poster explains worker rights to a safe workplace and how to file a complaint. Employers must display the poster in a conspicuous place where workers can see it. You can download a copy or order one free copy from OSHA’s website or by calling 1-800-321-6742 (OSHA).
