    Need Help
    I’m trying to code: 1. Lf knee arthroscopic debridement and lateral retinacular release
    2. lt knee reconstruction of medical patellofemoral ligament intra- and extra
    3. lt knee proximal patellar realignment
    my Dr. coded 27429,29877, and 27422, but UHC is denying cpt 27422, and 27429 they are bundling these codes w/29877. Could someone help me with these codes?
