Don’t forget officer leadership training is scheduled for Saturday, April 7 from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm, Monterrey rooms 1-3. It’s a chance to meet with other officers and ask questions. Be a part of discussions and share your success stories. Professional Leadership = Success!

Chapter Posters Displayed at HEALTHCON
In order for you to highlight your chapter’s achievements and accomplishments, the AAPC and AAPCCA Board of Directors will supply you with a tri-fold display board, tape, scissors, markers, etc. After the Officer Leadership Session officers or members can pick up their supplies by seeing Lynda Wetter or Gina Piccirilli, from 8:30pm to 9:30pm, just outside Monterrey, rooms 1-3. You can then decorate your tri-fold board as you see fit to best represent YOUR local chapter.
The display is for you to show pride for your chapter and share with other chapter members your chapter’s successes. Feel free to bring any photographs and/or templates that you’d like to incorporate into the design of your board. We ask that you simply bring ideas to adequately tell your chapters’ story.
The display boards are table top tri-fold boards with dimensions of 36” tall by 48” wide. Please have the majority of your display planned out ahead of time to fit these dimensions. Pre-planning your display will allow you to simply attach your items to the board when you arrive in Orlando.
RSVP is required so we can ensure that we have the materials you need to complete your display board. Remember that supplies will be available for pickup after the leadership session April 7th between 8:30 pm and 9:30 pm. This will allot you plenty of time to create your display board and have it ready for Sunday morning. After you complete your poster, you can take it to the Veracruz Foyer and place it on an easel—first come, first served. Contact number for Lynda Wetter is 804-263-2370, for any questions.

If you haven’t already contacted the AAPCCA Representatives to let them know that you are participating, it may be too late. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to see if we still have space available.
On Wednesday, April 11, after the last session of conference, please pick up your poster board. Any posters left will be discarded.
