No Brainer – Get Addresses for Visitors
Always get an email address for any non-AAPC-member visitor(s) so you can follow up with them and invite them to another meeting. Remember, in order to add their names in the “Mark Attendance” area online, you must add an email address, so be sure to approach visitors and get it up front. If you still use a paper sign-in, add a column for email addresses. It’s best to just make sure you obtain contact information so you can invite them again!
