It’s that time of year when students are racing to get certified before the 2019 codes take effect, which is why we want all proctors to remain proactive with their exam responsibilities. This includes making sure you open your exam packages upon receipt (making sure count is correct), making sure the booked facility meets the requirements for comfort, starting exams on time, and communicating with your fellow proctor prior to the exam date.
Furthermore, if you receive an email from AAPC about ADA accommodations, please respond as quickly as possible so we can accommodate them before the end of the year. We want to thank everyone for being so willing to take the time to help our ADA members achieve their career goals.
