Has anyone had any luck getting 61795(Stereotactic Computer Assist Guidance) paid by Blue Shield? They seem deny this code as inclusive to primary code 61583(Cranial facial Aapproach). I check bundling edit systems and found no bundling issues exist. Does anyone have any advise?
