11719 Vs G0127-When I read the

When I read the rules on when to use the G0127 for MDCR I am getting confused. If I use the G code what modifer do I need to attach(Q7,Q8,Q9). Plus is this a covered Dx for the G code??? Any advice would be wonderful.

CC: Toenail trimming back pains Dr. appt Fri and so if anymore bld wk wanted orders ?? and Dr said we could order PSA orders?? .
