Hi,

Does anyone know whether the Endo supplies (snares, dilators) are separately reimbursable or do they all packed now in the procedure?

Under CMS reimbursement, these are inclusive to the case rate paid for the procedure, but for other payers, it could depend on the terms of your contract.
