Wiki 2013 Molecular Tier Code Denials for Profee (26 modifier)

Is anyone having problems with the Professional Component being denied for these codes that have now replaced the 83912? Change as of 1/1/13 per CMS, but no codes being paid stating that the PC/TC not allowed. Per CPT, 26 modifier may need to be added to some but they are still denying. Has anyone been able to get these paid?
