Wiki 20611 R Shoulder & R Knee

Our physician performed an Arthrocentesis w/Ultrasound on the Right Shoulder and Left Knee at the same visit. Should the CPT codes be:
20611 RT
20611 59 LT
It is bouncing out in my internal edit, should I be using 20611-50 instead?

No it s not a bilateral injection. 1st be sure you have linked only the right side dx to the RT injection and only the left side dx to the LT. Also you may need to change the 59 modifier to an XS. Or if all of this is correct then your system needs an overrid.
