Got the first set of my 5010 rejections and was a bit surprised about the requirement for a note segment on "NOS" codes. For anesthesia???? Really??? I knew they were changing to minute units only, but no one mentioned that we would have to add the unit price, unit count and qualifer for a 00840! Anyone have a problem with this yet? I also had info that the required info was med name, dose, and admin route so not sure if the requirements change for drug vs acutal anesthesia.
