Wiki 57 vs 25 modifier clsd tx

Can anyone advise me where I can find the info pertaining to using each modifier according to the post op global CPT code.....Closed treatment with 90 post op period, use 57 because it is a major CPT code and use 25 with CPT codes that have 10 or less global time.
