Wiki 64450 and 97026 together

Ok so I know that 64450 is bundled to 97026 and 97026 is primary and 64450 is secondary. My question is when doing multiple injections would you bill 97026 which pays like 6 dollars first so

64450-59-RTX4
64450-59-LTX4

Has anyone billed these 2 codes together with success?

if 64450 is bundled into the 97026 then you cannot just bypass the edit with a 59 modifier you must show that they were performed on different areas so my question is what does the documentation state is done? if the injections are the same as the infrared treatment then you cannot bill the injections. It would help to see the note before an opinion over whether you have coded it correctly is rendered.
