Please help.
If a provider is billing for Gardnerella 87511, Candida 87481, and Trich 87798 DNA amplified, does he need to bill the code 87801 detect agent- multiple, amplified?

Yes, just the one code is sufficient. Otherwise, they are trying to unbundle.
