Hello, if a pa-c supervised a stress test, and the reading md is billing the globall 93015, is this ok or should it be changed to 93016 for the pa-c and 93018 for the MD? This specific pa-c provider isn't setup as a billing provider in our system which makes me think billing the global 93015 under the MD is ok?

Supervised stress test done at the facility 93016. Then physician doing interpretation 93018 hospital stress test

93015 is used for office setting
Along with myoview spect 78452, medication A9502 or of the patient is unable to walk J2785.
