Wiki 99213 for Ultrasound Results??

I am new at E/M auditing, and want to make sure that I'm processing this one enocunter correctly. Physician is billing 99213 but report states:

"here to discuss ultrasound. It demonstrated some hydronephrosis of the right kidney. She feels well. Her urinalysis was negative. She has an appt with Dr. >>>>> for May due to her urinary incontinence. Postvoid residual was negligivle. I discussed with her the results and we will await Dr. >>>>>'s opinon"

I do get a 99213 when I audit this. I come up with a 99212 exam. Does that sound correct?
