Humana Assesments/99420

We have started to see patient that require this assesment. My question is can EM OV be charge along with 99420 for acute/chronic conditions addressed during these assesments? Ex. labs ordered, change in meds, referral or immuizations adminstrated.

Any help is greatly appreciated...
