I have a qs regarding the cummulative time collection. In order to bill 99421-99423 do we not drop the encounter at the end of day? Do we have to track the encounter for next 7 days in case the pt call?
if the patient calls with a new problem within that 7 days not related to the original problem , will it be considered as a new encounter or will it be added to that old problem and calculated within the 7 days time frame?
