Many of our patients who have sx for achilles tendon rupture continue to follow-up for 5-6 months post op. Is it appropriate to use dx V58.78 with secondary dx 727.67? If not, can someone give me some guidance?

Just on the top of my head I can tell you it's 90 days. I don't use Codify.
