Wiki Add Neurosurgery as a AAPC Profile Choice?

It's great that we finally have a Neurosurgery discussion forum.
Now do you think the AAPC could add neurosurgery as a choice in the "Specialty" drop-down menu in our profiles? We still only have "neurology", which as we all know, is a very different specialty. Can I get a witness?
