Can anyone help with ambulance billing? Ok when a call is dispatched as an E0, E1,or E2 but then gets transported at an E3 level do you still bill for an ALS emergency or does it get billed as a BLS emergency due to the disposition on scene?

You can only bill an ALS if a paramedic on board has perfomed ALS services.
