Greetings fellow professionals. I work for a large Health System and have come across something and was wondering if anyone else has too. Normally the Annual Wellness Visits G0402, G0438, and G0439 are reimbursed by Medicare and MCR HMO's. I have discovered that we are being reimbursed by commercial plans for these. Some examples of payers are Cigna, Humana, UNH, Blue Cross, etc. Any insight is appreciated.
