Hi anyone can guide me what CPT code should be used for below procedure?

"The arthroscope was introduced into the medial compartment. The medial meniscus was probed. There was no evidence of tear. The arthroscope was then introduced in the intercondylar notch. The cruciate ligaments could not be visualized because there was a large mass of fibrovascular tissue blocking the entrance into the intercondylar notch. This mass extended into the medial compartment and into the lateral compartment. The arthroscope was introduced into the lateral compartment after the knee was placed in figure-4 position. Lateral meniscus was probed. There was no evidence of tear. No traumatic or degenerative changes. The arthroscope was returned to the intercondylar notch. Several biopsies of this mass were removed using an arthroscopic punch, and they were sent for histologic evaluation. Next, using a motorized shaver, the entire mass was resected from the intercondylar notch and from the anteromedial compartment and from the anterolateral compartment. Upon completion of the debridement, the cruciate ligaments could be easily visualized."
