Hi..doctor performed a LHC, there were 2 chronic total occulusions. He attempted to pass the angioplasty wire across both occlusions, the LAD and the LC, however it was noted that both were chronic and total, therefore the procedure was terminated. Can I code 92943-LD-52 and 92944-LC-52-59? The wire could not be crossed in either vessel.. thanks again. Sandy
