Can someone verify for me that I am correct.. or wrong. But I say you should not be billing the 90806 w/90862 it should be 90807.

Is the same clinician performing both services? Usually if we have a clinican that is performing therapy and medication management in the same session they bill just the 90807. If they perform only therapy and no med = 90806, meds only 90862
 
billing 90806 with 90862

yes it is the same provider. I can see if it was 2 separate providers but it is not.
 
you have to bill the 90805,90805,etc.

to bill the 90806 and 90862 would basically be unbundling and the 90862 wont be paid
