Wiki Billing for mthly dialysis done by pa/np (not credentialed by bcbs) on non care plans

Just woundering if by any chance that somebody might have billing info/guidelines on the mthly billing of dialysis, we have quite a few bcbs dialysis pt's that are rounded on by our pa's & np, bcbs does not credential pa's or np's so if our dr does the mthly care round and our midlevels do the other 3 regular dialysis rounds on a bcbs pt i was wondering if we are able to bill for the full month (90960) which includes the 3 rounds done by the non-credentialed midlevels. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, ca
