Is it appropriate to code 64493, 64494, 64495, 20553, 64450, and 76998 all in one day? Are they all reimbursable when billed on the same day?
Paraspinal facet injections were performed on 3 levels (T6-T7, T7-T8, T8-T9) followed by trigger point injections on the 3 different muscles (trapezius, latissimus, etc) followed by a selective nerve block on T7-T8.
